Every floor truss is engineered by our in-house design team and manufactured at our Byron Center facility, just south of Grand Rapids.
We deliver across West Michigan: north to Traverse City, east to Lansing, south to the state line, and west to the Lake Michigan shoreline. That includes Grand Rapids, Holland, Grand Haven, Muskegon, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Lansing, Big Rapids, Cadillac, and Traverse City. You can also pick up at our yard.

Floor truss FAQ
How deep are your floor trusses?
Most of our floor trusses are 12 to 24 inches deep. The right depth depends on your span, spacing, and loads, and we engineer each one for your project.
Can ductwork run through floor trusses?
Yes. The open web is designed for mechanical runs. If you need a large trunk line, show it on your plans and we'll design a duct chase into the trusses.
Floor trusses or I-joists: which should I use?
Floor trusses span farther and make mechanical rough-in easier. I-joists can be cut to length on site. Many builders use both. Send your plans and we'll recommend the best fit for your job.
Do floor trusses come with engineering drawings?
Yes. Every floor truss package includes engineering drawings for permitting.
